Interface overview

When you start SharpTrader for the first time software window will look like:

Slide menu contains the following sections:

Sessions – in this section you can add, monitor and manage trading accounts and fast feeds. It provides comprehensive information about sessions, from connection status to equity and ping.

Strategies – here you can add and manage strategies and also set equity management and monitor strategy status and performance.

Orders – contains full information about all open, closed, rejected and sent orders. Search per session, strategy or ticket is available.

Performance provides comprehensive information and advanced analysis of session and strategies performance.

Backtest – in this section you can perform detailed back-tests of strategy setups (coming soon).

Charting – here you can access symbol charts and place and manage trades manually, like in mt4 terminal or on exchange.

Coding- section for creating own strategies (coming soon).

Settings – in this tab you can switch interface language, configure tick data management and activate Telegram alerts.

Journal – contains information about software errors and important events.

News – provides access to news filter management.

Database – access to database management.

FAST FEEDS

SharpTrader comes with 3 free embedded fast feeds. You can find them in session section:

London and New York feed sessions are configured by default. Optionally you can add Tokyo feed.

All the feeds are based on unthrottled FIX API accounts from Lmax.com that allows to get up to 1000 price updates per second.

London feed located in LD4 datacenter and cross-connected to all Ultrafx.com LD4 servers.

New York feed located in NY4 datacenter and cross-connected to all Ultrafx.com NY4 servers

Tokyo feed located in TY3 datacenter and cross-connected to Beeks TY3 dedicated servers
